All rates are for 2 people per night. Additional adults are $30 and children (under 18) are $20.

Our rates include a complimentary breakfast hamper, including fresh eggs, low fat milk, muesli, granola, cereal, bread & spreads - enough to get you started. Please let us know if you have any particular dietary needs.

Our property is well suited for longer stays, and we offer special rates for guests who want to settle in.  Please call on (03) 6375 1122 or email us to discuss.

Minimum Stays

The Cottages & Ocean View: We have a 2 night minimum stay requirement throughout the year, and 4 nights over Peak times (Easter and 16 Dec to end of Jan).

The Beach House: There is a 3 night minimum stay throughout the year and 7 nights during Peak times.

Please note that where there is a gap between 2 existing bookings, or when things are quiet, we’re happy to accept shorter booking requests.

You can email or phone us directly to arrange a booking. We ask you to provide your credit card details to secure bookings. Please note we don't charge anything to it until you arrive.

Cancellation Policy 

For stays of less than 1 week, cancellations may be made up to 14 days prior to your arrival time without charge. 

For stays in excess of 1 week, we require 21 days notice. 

If we are unable to re-sell your accommodation, cancellations made after these times will be charged as follows:

• 1 night booking:   85% of the tariff.
• 2 or more nights: 50% of the total booking period tariff. 

In case we’re unavailable we can recommend these alternative accommodation providers close by with good access to Denison Beach.
